We are building the world’s first triple net zero building (water, energy, and building) with off-site construction methodologies. It will be a hybrid of modular and prefabrication of bathroom pods, kitchen pods, MEP walls, mass timber, and other elements. AoRa Development is leaning into AI for construction technologies from the planning phase all the way through construction. Because of labor shortages, we are addressing this with various autonomous heavy machinery and robotics for both on-site and off-site work. We are also building a SaaS platform called IncentEdge and are looking for data science engineers, computer science, and experience AI platforms to scale growth. We are building the first of its kind AI-native incentive platform that addresses three silos within sustainability (Incentive Discovery, Grant writing with AI 10X faster, and monetizing grants in equity for deas).
