John Kowalczyk

Founder

Otherwise unemployable, John decided to blaze his own path and partner with people more talented him to create Rtp. Together with their growing team, they are looking to disrupt the staffing industry while never stopping laughing. When not volunteering in the soup kitchen or reading the classics, John enjoys spending time with his wife, four sons, multiple pets, friends, and hiking and thinking big thoughts in front of a fire pit.

Jordanne Ringwald

Founder

Jordanne is the self - proclaimed Syracuse Chamber of Commerce President. Following a failed short - term career in darts, and finally admitting she was too short for the WNBA, she was tested and found that recruiting is in her blood. Starting Rtp with two friends has been a dream come true. When not doing career matchmaking like it’s her job, she loves spending time with her husband and two kiddos, we well as displaying her lauded macaroni sculptures at carnivals across Upstate NY.

Keith Jeremiah

Founder

A native son of Shamokin, PA, Keith escaped the mean streets of his hometown and climbed the corporate ladder as a recruiter and talent leader. To conquer his addiction to water cooler small talk and office birthday parties, Keith decided to make a change and launch Rtp with two friends to achieve his lifelong goal of starting a business. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons (one human, one dog). In his spare time, Keith is an avid golfer and voracious reader and promoter of self-help and business books to include the timeless classic, “Green Eggs and Ham.”
